Material descriptions
External walls
- Interlocking timber frame of specially planed 45x145 mm timber in pine.
- Sheathing paper (wind block - to prevent air movements in insulation).
- Insulation
- Roof: This insulation is included to enable smooth frame assembly to a waterproof house. Insulation thickness 145 + 45mm
- Walls: Owing to limited volume in the lorry delivering the material to your site in France, only the insulation for the roof can be included
As standard we recommend ISOVER insulation 45 + 45mm. In extremely cold areas we recommend 45 + 45 + 45mm.
- Floor: Not included. As standard we recommend ISOVER insulation 145 + 45mm
- Wall cladding:
- 10 mm particleboard for all rooms except the bathroom(s). In selected house models (Belse, Härnebo, Gussbo and Mattebo, an additional 6 mm plasterboard is supplied
- 13 mm special humidity and fungus resistant plasterboard in bathroom(s).
- Insulation foil for humidity protection.
Internal walls
- Stud wall 45x70 mm for insulation. Insulation not included in delivery. See above.
- 10 mm particleboard for all rooms except the bathroom(s). In selected house models (Belse, Härnebo,, Gussbo and Mattebo, an additional 6 mm plasterboard is supplied
- 13 mm special humidity and fungus resistant plasterboard in bathroom(s).
Floors
- Floor joists 50x200 mm or to match insulation thickness, with nailed double floor arrangement ready for laying flooring.
- Double flooring finished edge cut board supplied.
- Floor 22 mm tongue and groove particleboard.
- Terrace and porch duckboard flooring 28x120 mm. Timber decking pressure treated 28x120 mm.
- Insulation not included in the delivery. See above.
Roof
- Trusses 66x225 mm exposed.
- Ceilings consist of beautiful planed 16x95 mm spruce panelling. Supplied flat packed for quick and easy installation.
- Insulation foil.
- Insulation, included in the delivery. See above.
- Tyvek Pro, roof water and humidity insulation.
- Steel sheet tile profile with weatherproofing, black or red.
- Complete rainwater system with accessories.
Windows
- White painted double-glazed thermal glass windows complete with all furniture. Optional choice, white painted triple glazed thermal glass. All windows can be ordered with loose fitted external bars.
- Windowsills.
Doors
- Internal doors in traditional Swedish style. Door handles not included.
- Profiled external glazed door, white painted +22°. Door handle and cylinder lock is included but not fitted.
Please note all homes are supplied with windows, doors and roof insulation.
Mouldings
- Ceilings 8x33 mm pine plain.
- Thresholds 12x57 mm pine plain.
- Internal linings 12x57 mm pine plain.
- External linings 22x120 mm.
- Flashing/eaves 22x145/170/190 mm.
Frame assembly to weather-proof means to finish the following:
- Frame, porch, terrace and interlocked internal walls.
- Double flooring.
- Floor joists on ground floor (not loft floor) and where appropriate in porch and terrace (no flooring laid).
- Ceilings (not under loft floor where ceiling is supplied loose).
- Roof insulation (included in delivery) fitted in living areas, not in porch or covered terrace.
- Insulation foil.
- Tyvek Pro roof insulation.
- Sheet roofing.
- Flashing and eaves.
- Gutter fixings.
- Windows and external door (linings not fitted).
Delivery
- Delivery to site in France will be made by lorry. 2 hours unloading time are included. Delivery terms are CIP France, meaning that the responsibility for insurance, handling, unloading storage etc. will move from MST to the customer at that precise moment when unloading starts.
- Foundations should be ready at least 3 weeks before any building work can start. MST will supply measurement drawing for the foundation to fit the house only. Any other design parameters of the foundation like type, strength, sturdiness, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer
- Vehicle access max 20 m from construction site.
- Liability for materials purchased from but not installed by AB Hälsingestugor passes to buyer after unloading.
- Take into account ground conditions and sheet over if materials cannot be stored under cover.
Misc.
- Posts for terrace and porch 2 X 45x95 mm as required.
- Wall vents as necessary.
- Loft ladder to Bergviken Loft. L-shaped stairs to Långvind Loft and Gussbo.
- Any modifications as specified by customer.
- Bathroom, and sauna fittings as well as water and humidity protection system are not included.
- White goods for kitchen and kitchen cabinets are not included.
- For installation with all carpentry completed please request quote.
- Everything remains the property of AB Hälsingestugor until payment in full has been made.
- We apply “General contract terms and conditions for the purchase of prefabricated housing” AA05.
- Overnight accommodation (bed, shower, and kitchen) for the erection crew is to be arranged and paid for by buyer/customer.
- MST accepts no liability for changes beyond its control.
