'GUSSBO' Timber House Kit 68m² of living space PLUS 37m2 loft

'GUSSBO' offers room for recreation and space for quiet living. The practical entrance hall opens onto the WC/shower room, 3 bedrooms and the loft area. The living area opens onto a sheltered veranda with a high ceiling - 3.5 m the interlocking timber walls visually combine the veranda with the main living area of the house.

The open plan layout of kitchen, dining area and living room makes for a wonderful family space. An optional stove can add warmth and comfort for entertaining or just relaxing. A storage room which is at the entrance is handy for keeping garden furniture and other equipment.

Full Height Loft Option: 'LOFT PLUS'

The timber house kit can be supplied with the roof of the loft area raised, giving you a full height room instead of a storage/occasional put me up loft space.

Included in the Timber House Kit price are the following:

Outer and inner wall lining (10mm chipboard)
Floor including bottom, floor beams, insulation and 22mm fibreboard
Roof of sheet steel (black or red)
Roof insulation
(Insulation for walls and floor is, owing to limited volume in the lorry, not included but can easily be obtained in France. The insulation for the roof (200mm) is always included to enable quick build to watertight.)

Not included in the Timber House Kit price are the following:

The timber house kit is assembled by three Swedish craftsmen in 5-7 days. Costs for the travel and accommodation of the Swedish builders will vary depending on season and location, but should be somewhere around 7,000 Euros. This amount includes: travel expenses, air tickets, daily allowances, etc. The buyer is responsible for providing the workers with sleeping accommodation and transport between the construction site and the sleeping accommodation. The workers will cook their own food that they buy themselves.
